Bring a little desert sparkle to your tree. In 1927, Frank Lloyd Wright designed a series of lively geometric covers for Liberty Magazine, each based on a season. His September design is a complex abstraction of the triangular forms of the McDowell Mountain foothills in Arizona, the same desert landscape where he later built his winter home, Taliesin West. This Wrightsicle ornament turns that pattern into stacked silver-tone triangles that form a long, three-dimensional icicle. It catches the light as it turns.
