The Museum Store at Graycliff is open 10a-4p daily. We are closed Wednesday's and all major holidays, including:

Shipping Policy
Orders ship twice a week, typically on Mondays and Wednesdays. We ship by the most economical method available, and shipments are not insured. Because of this, Graycliff cannot guarantee that an order will arrive by a specific date or time, and Graycliff is not responsible for uninsured packages lost or damaged in transit. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us at 716-947-9217. Free shipping offers apply only within the continental United States. Orders shipping to any other location will have an additional shipping charge.
Returns & Exchanges: Simple as 1-2-3
In-Store Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of sale, and must include the receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in sellable condition. We cannot accept returns without the receipt. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Stitch Buffalo items, Final Sale items, colored label items, and food items.
Online Returns

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for in-store sales, or within 30 days of delivery for online orders. A receipt is required. Items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in sellable condition. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the new item costs more or less than the original, we will charge or refund the difference to your original form of payment.
In store: Bring the item and your receipt to the museum store during regular business hours.
Online: Please include your receipt in the box, along with a note listing the item you’d like in exchange and your phone number or email. We will contact you to collect shipping charges for all exchanges before your new item is sent. Exchanges may be shipped to:

Discount & Promo Policy
From time to time, Graycliff makes special discounts or promotions available using codes. These special discounts or promotions are available to new sales only, and cannot be applied retroactively. Likewise, only one discount or promotion is available per order, and they are not able to stack.
Occasionally, special Graycliff member's only discounts or promotions are offered. These are only available to Graycliff member's in good standing.
